Design
The 50ah lithium ion battery is connected by bolts to improve the strength, conductivity and quality of our LiFePO4 battery. The battery is bolted through the longitudinal circuit board to provide balance and short-circuit protection. In the event of one or more battery cell failures, the circuit board will take the battery cell offline and allow the battery to continue to work normally under 12V voltage, but the capacity will be reduced.
Balance
When constructing each battery pack, 50ah lithium ion batteries are grouped together according to 10 items of consistency. The bolted battery design provides a stronger connection, which reduces resistance and improves current conductivity.
